Path
Having a clear vision of where you are heading, while relying on the strengths of your Foundation, allows for agility in addressing challenges, seizing opportunities, fostering creativity, and encouraging contributions from everyone involved on your Path toward your Aim.
The Path towards your Aim.
Between your foundation and your Aim lies the Path. This Path is yours to walk, toward your destination.
The Path is meant to be agile, flexible, and open to creativity in addressing the challenges at hand. However, this does not mean there is no plan involved.
The plan focuses on milestones that must be achieved collectively to move closer to your aim. How you achieve these milestones depends on the moment and what actions are most suitable to bring you closer to the Aim.
But always keep two questions in mind:
• Does it contribute to the Aim?
• Is it aligned with the Foundation?
If both questions can be answered with ‘yes,’ you can move independently and with confidence.
Path 10, 5, 3, 1, 12
These figures represent the timeline for the Path: 10 years defines your visionary goal, while 5 years outlines your Aim. For your Path, we focus on a 3-year timeline. Five years is too long for operational planning, whereas three years is long enough to achieve meaningful transformations and growth, yet short enough to remain concrete and motivating. From this 3-year perspective, goals can then be broken down into 1-year and 12-month objectives. This version enhances readability by refining sentence structure and aligning terms consistently.
